By train:

• From station "Landstraße (Wien Mitte)" with underground line 4 until stop "Schottenring". Change there to underground line 2 or the tramway lines 1 or 71 until stop "Schottentor".

• From station "Wien Westbahnhof" with underground line 3 until stop "Volkstheater". Change there to underground line 2 or the tramway lines D, 1 or 71 until stop "Schottentor".

• From station "Südtiroler Platz / Hauptbahnhof" with underground line 1 until stop "Karlsplatz". Change there to underground line 2 until stop "Schottentor".

The university is only a few meters away.

By aeroplane:

From the airport Wien Schwechart with train S7 until stop "Praterstern". Change there to underground line 2 until stop "Schottentor".

Alternative: From the Vienna airport with the CAT (City Airport Train, separate fare, not included in the Vienna transport network) until stop "Landstraße (Wien Mitte)". Change there to underground line 3 until stop "Volkstheater". Change there to underground line 2 or the tramway lines D, 1 or 71 until stop "Schottentor".
