Conference Fees
The conference fees cover the participation to all sessions, including coffee breaks (all days) and lunch buffet (Wednesday + Thursday). The conference dinner on Wednesday evening will be charged separately.

The conference fees, as shown in the table below, hold for payments reaching us until 10 July 2026 (early bird rate).

For payments done later, a surcharge of CHF 20.- will be added. This applies also for participants paying onsite.
Detailed payment information is available directly during the registration process. Please make sure that your name and the purpose of the payment are clearly indicated in the payment order.

Attention: In case you cancel your registration, fees are only refundable according to the cancellation policy which is stated in the registration module.
